Yesterday, Armin van Buuren was awarded a 7x Platinum record for his hit single ‘This Is What It Feels Like’ (with Trevor Guthrie) during Humberto Tan’s Dutch TV show RTL Late Night. This unique and outstanding achievement was an emotional moment for the DJ and artist. In total the record has already sold over 150,000 copies in the Netherlands alone.

On the same day, Armin’s new album Armin Anthems: Ultimate Singles Collected was released. The album took the dance charts by storm worldwide, immediately reaching the #1 position in the iTunes dance charts of the Netherlands, Russia and South Africa. In Mexico, the U.S., Denmark and Great Britain, the album debuted in the top 20.

During this episode of the Armin Only Intense movie the crew continues its journey across South America from Medellin to Quito, but just before leaving Buenos Aires, the crew gets rudely awakened by something that sounds like a bomb went off outside the hotel. Thankfully, no real harm was done and the crew was able to continue its journey without a scratch.….

What this episodes of the roadmovie perfectly illustrates, is that life on tour isn’t without its problems, as the airline company canceled the flight to Quito at the very last moment and leaves the crew with very little time to find another way to get into Columbia. As if this wasn’t enough, a 70 year old thief decides to steal Dennis’s bag and threatens to leave the crew without the show’s producer!

As always, all eventually falls into place and once again the Armin Only Intense team gets to see what they’re all doing it for; the unprecedented passion and love from their fans. Waiting in line as early as 7 o’clock in the morning, they inspire the crew to give away an incredible show!

It was with great regret that we’ve announced the cancellation of the ARMIN ONLY INTENSE show that was set to take place on Friday October the 31st in Ostrava, Czech Republic. The cancellation has everything to do with malfunctioning and bad financial management by the local promotor Bonus Vision/ Celebration Sk.

Today we have been informed by the local promotor that none of the sold tickets for the Armin Only Intense show in Ostrava will be refunded. To us, this feels completely unacceptable and although we won’t get compensated for any of the (financial) Armin Only Intense losses that came with this cancellation, Armin van Buuren will come to Ostrava to play a 3-hour exclusive set for all of the fans. Unfortunately there’s no way of hosting the ARMIN ONLY INTENSE show due to circumstances.

There won’t be any additional tickets on sale for this gig, but all of the fans that have bought a ticket for the Armin Only Intense show, automatically get access to the same venue this Friday. Doors will open at 21h00 and Armin van Buuren wil start at 23h00.
